Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your email box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else.
